The new equipment O.J.-S.Co. “Kurganhimmash”- pipeline supports ÎÑÒ 36-146-88 and building series 4.903-10.

TSupports are designated for installation on them pipelines (with the full diameter - Dn) from 57 mm to 1420 mm.
Supports made according to ÎÑÒ 36-146-88, are designated for steel industrial pipeline on the schedule Py) to 10 ÌÏà.(MPa)
Supports , made according to the building series 4.903-10, are designated for steel pipelines on the schedule (Py) to 64 ÌÏà. (MÐa)
The material version of the supports must meet the material of the pipeline.

 

 

The new equipment O.J.-S.Co. “Kurganhimmash”- vertical steel cylindrical tanks with the capacity ranging from 1 000m3 up to 20 000m3 for dark and light oil products storage (which are made by web-feed method).

 

 

By O.J.-S.Co. “Kurganhimmash is opened up the new equipment such as - container for emergency evacuation of the chlorine from defect balloons.

Container for emergency evacuation of the chlorine from defect balloons (further - container) is designed for the chlorine evacuation from balloons with the capacity ranging of 40 and 50 liters, which have some failures , such as: defective valves, leakiness in the valve packing and in the thread connection of the valve with the shell or in the shell of the balloon.
Container can be used in the manufacturing where is served the chlorine and which is supplied in the liquid state in the transport balloons with the capacity ranging of 40 and 50 liters.

 

 

Unit of oil gas and water separator with direct heating (ÍÃÂÐÏ) heater-treater type.

Taking into account the needs of oil and gas industry in quality and íåäîðîãîì technological equipment for oil preparation, J. S. Co. «Kurgankhimmash» has developed the output of oil gas and water separator with direct heating (ÍÃÂÐÏ). 
Heating, separation, oil dehydration and water purifying processes are combined there. The combination of processes in the same unit is (ÍÃÂÐÏ) profitable with the economical point of view, because the costs for energy consumption needed for water oil emulsion pumping to commodity oil preparation station and back for injection are decreased, as well as repairing costs and costs for pipelines replacement caused by corrosion.
The general purpose of oil gas water separator with direct heating (ÍÃÂÐÏ) is the reception of commodity oil from wells products, separation of holes products, preliminary dehydration and purifying of separated water. ÍÃÂÐÏ can be used as the device of preliminary purifying and dump of stratal water. The apparatuses are supplied in sets, providing maximal availability for operation and decreasing to minimum the necessity of installation works on installation site.

1.Horizontal device 110m3 volume with elliptic bottoms, with internal devices, heater with two burners, installed in two combustion pipes, with two fume stacks.
2.Block with fitting, shut – off and control valves and means of control and automation equipped with system of complete life-support.
3.Software – technical complex with automated workplace for operator.

Measuring group unit “Sputnik-M”.

Multiple output of the measuring group unit “Sputnik-M” has been developed at J.S.Co. “Kurgankhimmash”.
Measuring group unit “Sputnik-M” is designed for automatic or manual measuring (by the way of alternate switching) the quantity of fluid, gas, water and oil produced from oil wells. The operation block (operation equipment) and control block of the unit are installed in the heated rooms (block-containers).
The operation block provides:
·an alternate switching of the well for measuring by the command from the control block;
·free gas separation out of a mixture and measurement of fluid and gas flow rates;

·the data transmission from the transducers to the control block;
·a visual control of the operation parameters.
The control block provides:
·power supply of KIPiA installed in the operation block;
·power supply and control of power electric equipment;
·reception of signals from transdusers;
·signal processing using the given algorithm;
·issue of emergency information.
The information is transferred to the upper level using the standard interface RS 485.
A hydrostatic method of measuring the mass of products in the wells is the basis of this measuring unit. A pressure differential pickup is the main element in realization of this method. It provides a high working reliability and accuracy of the unit, and also simplifies a metrological data system since there is no need in huge and power-consuming testing stands.

The opening of ozone station in the village “Mokrousovo” (Kurgan region).

The problems, linking with potable water quality in Zauralye (particularly in its eastern part),
currently are extremely complex and actual. The water that has been found in soil was enough on volume but the content of iron was too high and taste of it wasn’t good. The potable water in the village “Mokrousovo” (Kurgan region) has been tasted by the “Scientific research institute of municipal water supply” and as a result -that water couldn’t be purifying by anything but ozone.
The equipment has been fabricated by J. S. Co. “Kurganknimmash”.
This station is either unique or significant due to the water purification system and water quality that has been recognized as meeting all the European standards.
The putting of this station in operation was in the within limits “The provision of the local population with potable water”.

 

 

 

The equipment for Nahodkinskoye gas - condensate field.

2004 is the year when the development of Nahodkinskoye gas –condensate field (Yamalo – Nenetskyi autonomous national area) was completed. According to this project, developed by 
the Subsidiary Joint Stock Company “ Central Design Office of oil and gas equipment” (located in Podolsk town) and Limited Liability Company “Lukoil – Zapandaya Sibir” – Joint Stock Company “Kurgankhimmash” constructs and supplies the technological equipment for unit of 
complex gas treatment by the method of low – temperature separation for Nahodkinskoye gas –condensate field. The unit includes sections of gas separators, absorbers, heat – exchangers, capacitive equipment, etc. The particularity of this equipment fabrication is shop assembling and shipping to the construction site in blocks. This method allows to speed up the process of assembling and to improve the quality of it. The launching of Nahodkinskoye gas –condensate field is planning in January 2005.

 

 

Ozone-filtering station in Kopeysk, Chelyabinsk region.

More than one year (since March 2002) has passed from the ceremonial opening of the unique purifying station in Oktyabrski settlement (Kopeisk, Chelyabinsk region).
The uniqueness of the purifying station is that water here is not only filtered but also ozonized. According to decision of a commission of experts, ozonized and purified water meets all the requirements of European Quality Standard. 
After a year all characteristics of the ozone-filtering station accord to standard and the water is pure and savory. 

Not at once the administration of Kopeisk and Gorvodokanal have come to the decision of ozone station installation. At first package unit “P-6-6”, then two more powerful and modernized units were mounted in Severnyi Rudnik settlement. Finally, there was purifying station in Oktyabrski settlement. All ozone equipment installed in Kopeisk is manufactured by O.J.-S. Co. “Kurgankhimmash”.

Our ozonizer in Moscow.

In January - February 2003 ozonizers manufactured by O.J.-S. Co. “Kurgankhimmash” together with the enterprise “Moscow Ozonizers”, were tested on a specialized test platform of the East waterworks of the public government facilities (ÌÃÏ) «Mosvodokanal». 
Our ozonizer Ï-850 has being tested. There were actual installation tests of actual object. The purpose was to determine actual functional and operating characteristics, technological capabilities and service ability of the ozonizer in comparison with the ozonizers produced by the Moscow Institute of Combustion Engineering and the company “TRAILIGAZ”.
Ozonizers characteristics were measured in 8 hours after break-in. Engineering level of Ï-850 was determined by comparison with foreign analogs. According to the opinion of experts, our ozonizer Ï-850 has achieved the best results – all operating characteristics exceeded nominal characteristics. There is no disputing its logic because of its improved and modernized construction. The ozonizer Ï-850 was appreciated at the high level by all the experts and it has some advantages over the foreign analogs.
