AND VERTICAL AUTOCLAVES with fast-active lock
Autoclaves are intended
for carrying out technological processes at changing temperature
and pressure. Autoclaves are used in rubber, electrical, radio,
chemical, constructional, food and other branches of industry,
ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.
The design of autoclaves provides availability of the outside
heating jacket, coils, built-in heating elements. The enterprise
produces various types of autoclaves:
- impregnated;
- vulcanized;
- autoclaves of the constructional industry intended for wet heating
treatment silicated brick and small blocks of concrete in medium
of saturated steam;
- autoclaves of food industry intended for sterilization of canned
food;
- autoclaves intended for production of glass “triplex”;
- autoclaves intended for modification of wood;
- other autoclaves for concrete kinds of customer technologies.

Working
pressure in autoclave - up to 1.4 MPa. Diameter - from 1,000 to
2,800 mm. Turning drives of the bayonet ring “OPENING-CLOSING OF
COVER” is hydraulic.
