COMPLETE MINI-PLANTS CONSISTING OF SELF-CONTAINED UNITS producing motor fuel from oil and gas condensate
The O.J.-S.Co. “ KurganKhimmash” together with Podolsky Central Design Oil-and Gas Bureau has designed and manufactures complete mini-plants consisting of self-contained units by production of motor fuel from gas condensate (oil) of capacity by raw material from 5 to 100 thousand tons a year.
The O.J.-S.Co. “ KurganKhimmash” has the license to design and manufacture equipment for enterprises of oil and gas field (complex), has regular and purposeful contacts
with specialized Research Study and Planning organizations . It also can solve all the problems about manufacture of self-contained units processing hydrocarbon raw material oil, gas condensate) with the stage of design to start- adjusting works, including training of attendants.
When designing mini-plants main technical decisions have been reached on the basis of building-block approach using the principle of polyfunctionality of equipment.
All the equipment is mounted at enterprise in warm transport- overall units and total package procurement to customer's site is guaranteed. It's maximum prepared for mounting : connection of units by special equipment, heat insulation of equipment and pipe lines. Such plants can be dismounted and transported to a new place at customer`s request.
Complete equipment for compact plants are manufactured specifically under concrete conditions: raw material, range of commodities, climatic zone, seismicity and so on. The manufacture of the following products can be guaranteed (depending on physical-chemical characteristics of source raw material and customers requests):
- straight- run fraction of petroleum;
- diesel oil of various types;
- incrustation oil.
Apart, ”Kurgankhimmash “ has commercialized the production of kerosene, solvents and other available components. Output and quality of products are determine by quality of source raw material and by assortment of articles.
Plant consists of mass transfer device, box furnace, vessels, pumps binding with technological pipe lines, with reinforcement and system arranging in common, factory made unit, made of single transportable blocks.
Plants of capacity 5 thousand tons a year are supplied in boxes, of more capacity - in smooth mounted buildings with hinge boards made of metal frames.

Raw material analysis allows to make complete technological accounts of plant. It allows to define optimal scheme and composition of plant. The main equipment is made up by individual projects, taking into account features of technological process and demands for plants.
Durability accounts ,media depends on climatic speed factoring allow to intensify heat exchange and mass exchange processes, reduce mass of equipment and production expenses .
Convenience of equipment mounting and servicing , reduction of length of interunits communications and platforms, observance of all standards and regulations of State engineering supervision of Russia, antifire and industrial safety, environmental and labour protection.
Material performance of equipment depends on climatic conditions on construction site and on corrosivity of material
flow.
