Air dryers heatless of type ÎÂÁ of capacity from 0.25 to 8.0 m3/min

Adsorption plants of heat and heatless type

Complete plants of type ÓÎÂ and air dryers of type ÎÂÁ serve for desiccation and purification of compressed air used for feeding pneumatic and pneumohydraulic automatic devices in machines, plants and systems, and also for technological purposes of the industry from dust and oil vapour. The following plants are produced: - heat type (adsorption plants with regeneration of adsorbent by heating, of capacity from 5 to 160 m³/min, dew point is minus 40 and 65 °C); - heatless type (adsorpion plants operating by method of short-cyclic heatless adsorption (PSA), of capacity from 0.25 to 8.0 m³/min, dew point is minus 40 and 50 °C).

Refrigerating machines for desiccation of compressed air

Refrigerating machines are intended for technologies requiring desiccated air of a dew point up to 20°C. Air desiccation by refrigerating machines is an economical way and it is used in those cases when low degree of desiccation and conservation of gas phase, oil in compressed air required. It is highly important for piston and rotation pneumatic mechanisms. Refrigerating machines of various types are produced capacity from 200 to 15,000 m³/hr. All refrigerating machines work on ozone-proof refrigerating agent R22.

Heat exchangers-coolers of type ÒÀ, TAK, ÒÝÐÀ

Heat exchangers with aluminium rib heating element is intended for cooling of compressed air and condensate tap after compressors. They are differentiated by smaller dimensions, low value and possibility of fast access to heating element for service and repair.

Filter moisture-oil sifters of type ÔÂÌÎ

Filter moisture-oil sifter is intended for deep purification from dripping and aerosol particles of moisture and oil (0.98-0.99) and simultaneously purification from mechanical contamination’s no harder than 4 class by the State Standard 17433-80. The purpose is desiccation and purification of compressed air (gas) from dripping moisture, oil and wastes, where the separation of steam phase of moisture and oil, which can be separated only by further cooling and adsorbtion, is not required.

Air desiccation plant for feeding pneumatic systems of drilling rigs ÓÂ10ÌÂ2Ì

is intended for producing clean desiccated air for regeneration (a capacity of 360 m³/hr, a dew point of desiccated air of minus 40°C, power consumption is no more than 14 kW) under independent conditions with independent feed of air.

Filters moisture sifters of type ÔÂÎÂ

Filters moisture sifters ÔÂÎÂ of air type 1 (centrifugal action without filtering element) under ÃÎÑÒ 17437-81. Filters moisture sifters ÔÂÎÂ are intended for compressed air purifying from condenced moisture and mineral oil.

The equipment of compressed air desiccation has been certified by the Russian State Standard System of Certification ( ÃÎÑÒ Ð)
