OZONE
EQUIPMENT
Ozone
equipment is intended for ozone production from atmospheric air
or ozone-oxygen mixtures which contain no more than 50% of oxygen.
The enterprise manufactures:
- 13 types of ozonizers of a capacity from 10 g to 25.8 kgOz/hr;
- 8 types of adsorbed air desiccators of capacity from 0.25 to
160 m³/min;
- 4 types of air desiccators with refrigeration on the base of
refrigerating machines ;
- 4 types of high effective air cooler with water; - 2 types of
apparatuses for treatment of water with ozone (ejector and bubble
type);
- 4 types of water-gas injectors for treatment of water with ozone,
apparatuses for residual ozone decomposition (deaerators), powder
dispensers, automatic systems and so on.
The
plants of type “P6” are intended for potable water condensation
with ozone-sorptive method. Ozone-filtering stations of type ÎÔ
for the treatment of underground springs water of capacity from
120 up to 5000 m3 a day. On the base of manufactured equipment
the O.J.-S. Co. “Kurgankhimmash” is able to deliver ozone stations
of capacity up to 250 kg Oz/hr.

of type Ï, Ð6, Ë have been certified by the Russian State Standard
System of Certification ( ÃÎÑÒ Ð)
